At Cult Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed athletic apparel and equipment. If your gear doesn't help you reach your peak, we will make it right with a seamless exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cult Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is protected to maintain its high-performance quality during transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once our team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
